My daughter loves her new trumpet. Her professional private lesson teacher said it is the best trumpet he has ever seen at this price point. Highly recommended for the beginner or intermediate player. After breaking it in and having a chance to use it for a while I can say it definitely lived up to the highest expectations I had based on the descriptions of the product.
Plays well, feels very durable and quality, nice finish, and it has pretty great tone. No complaints so far! I do prefer the softer cotton like cases, but that's really no big deal the case is fine.
We were looking for a trumpet for our 12 year old grandson who has had some experience playing trumpet in school bands. When he was 4 his Grandfather gave him a mouthpiece to practice with away from school. But our grandson loves the trumpet so we went looking. I called customer service and the gentleman there was beyond helpful answering questions and educating me on mouthpieces, mutes, and trumpets. Since we live in Canada and our grandson lives in the USA we wanted to buy from a company that would be there for the young trumpet player.

We pay extra to have the instrument inspected at the end of the line af the factory. Upon receipt of our shipments in New York, our repair staff personally sets up, and plays down every single instrument to insure there are no defects including leak-testing , finally, the instrument is inspected prior to shipment or delivery to the customer as one last final check.

I would recommend this horn for any student. I have been a band director for 10 years, and I haven't found one that plays well in tune. Have to have my students purchase a shorter or adjustable barrel, or they just get so frustrated from sticking out like a sore thumb, they get a different instrument.
